You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account while logged in with your credentials shall be deemed to be your activity, and 12klwin shall bear no liability for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
Each natural person may register and maintain only one Account. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 12klwin reserves the right to merge or close such accounts and to apply any resulting balance to a single account, at our sole discretion. Abuse of multiple accounts to circumvent bonus limitations or betting restrictions may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts without refund.
All 12klwin Accounts for Malaysian Players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion fee is applied by 12klwin on MYR deposits or withdrawals processed through local Malaysian payment channels including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.
12klwin is required, under its international licensing obligations, to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. These procedures are designed to prevent money laundering, fraud, and underage access to the Platform.
KYC verification is mandatory prior to the processing of any withdrawal request. 12klwin also reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any time, including upon account registration, at the time of a deposit, or when suspicious activity is detected.

12klwin aims to complete standard KYC reviews within 24 to 48 business hours of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases may take longer. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC is satisfactorily completed.
If a Player refuses to provide the requested documentation, or if the documents provided cannot be verified as authentic, 12klwin reserves the right to suspend the Account and withhold pending withdrawals pending further investigation.
12klwin accepts deposits via the following payment channels available to Malaysian Players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other participating banks), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20, Bitcoin).
The minimum deposit is RM30 for e-wallet and DuitNow transactions, and RM50 for FPX bank transfers. Cryptocurrency deposits require a minimum equivalent of approximately 10 USDT. These minimums are subject to change; current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
E-wallet and DuitNow deposits are generally credited to a Player's Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. FPX bank transfer deposits typically process within 5 to 10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the requisite number of network confirmations, typically 15 to 30 minutes.
12klwin does not charge any processing fee on deposits made through Malaysian local payment methods. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers (e.g., cryptocurrency network fees) are the responsibility of the Player.
Players are solely responsible for ensuring that funds deposited into their 12klwin Account are from a payment method held in their own name. Deposits made using a third-party payment method not registered to the Player will be returned and may result in Account suspension.
Players may request withdrawals of real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions and processing procedures.
KYC verification, as described in Section 5, must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Pending withdrawal requests will be held until KYC is satisfied.

The above timeframes are estimates and may be affected by peak demand, additional security reviews, or payment provider delays. 12klwin does not guarantee processing within these times but will endeavour to meet them in ordinary circumstances.
Withdrawals will be processed using the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. 12klwin reserves the right to redirect a withdrawal to a different verified payment method where the original method is unavailable.
Bonus Funds credited to an Account cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Wagering requirements, game weightings, and time limits specific to each promotion are stated in the relevant promotional terms at the time of the offer. Players who withdraw real-money Balance before completing wagering requirements may forfeit any associated Bonus Funds.

A Wager is only considered accepted once it has been confirmed on-screen with a unique bet reference number. 12klwin reserves the right to decline or void any Wager at its sole discretion, including where there is evidence of system error, data feed failure, or malicious exploitation of pricing anomalies.
Odds on sports betting markets are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the time your Wager is accepted are the odds at which your bet will be settled.
In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to erroneous odds, incorrect game outcomes caused by technical fault, or misquoted lines — 12klwin reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return Stakes to the relevant Accounts. 12klwin will endeavour to notify affected Players promptly in such cases.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game, market, and Player account tier. Current limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface. 12klwin reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits at its discretion.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 12klwin Platform. Violation of any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from 12klwin.

12klwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe, following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, all Balances — including real-money funds and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at 12klwin's discretion, and any Winnings derived from activity in breach of these Terms will be deemed void.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 12klwin, its directors, officers, employees, partners, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 12klwin's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12klwin makes no representation or warranty that the Platform will be available continuously without interruption or error. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated where possible.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 12klwin holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that licensing jurisdiction.
Players who access the Platform from Malaysia acknowledge that they do so of their own volition, are responsible for compliance with local laws, and agree that any dispute shall be resolved under the governing law stated above and not under Malaysian domestic law.
12klwin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or on-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where reasonably practicable.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
